AssetManager 0.5.4.8

• Fixes the common Windows job dispatcher used by software inventory, registry jobs and PowerShell job definitions.
• Sends PowerShell source through MeshCtrl's native --powershell channel instead of nesting cmd.exe and powershell.exe -EncodedCommand.
• Uses --reply so MeshCtrl waits for the remote agent response rather than returning only the server acknowledgement OK.
• Keeps GZip/Base64 compression, but the compact bootstrap is now valid PowerShell source executed directly by the agent.
• Dispatch diagnostics show whether native PowerShell with reply was used.
